Your gluteals, or bum muscles, are such strong muscles and do a lot of the heavy lifting for the body. They are sprint muscles so they should generally be fairly passive with good posture. Sadly, most of us don’t have good posture so your glutes often become tight and restricted. Anyone with lower back and hip issues would benefit from this stretch.
