Lily Pryn Camberwell Osteopath
Lily Pryn Osteopath completed a Double Degree in Health Science and Applied science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University in Bundoora.
For Lily, her interest in Osteopathy stemmed from her passion for movement and fitness. The positive impact that osteopathy can have on individuals inspired her to pursue this practice.
Patients of all ages are of interest to Lily, and she has interest in treating a range of acute and chronic conditions. She has a special interest in neck and jaw pain, postural strains, and headaches & migraines. Furthermore, she has undertaken additional studies in pregnancy to support women’s health.
Lily utilises a range of techniques including soft tissue massage, articulation, HVLA and mobilisation techniques, muscle energy techniques, stretching and dry needling.
In combination with hands-on treatment, Lily focuses on education and empowerment. Exercise prescription is also provided to encourage patients to take control of their own health. This comprehensive approach allows the unique needs of each patient to be addressed.
As a result, Lily understands an individualised treatment plan is required to identify the root cause of health issues. Collaboratively working with patients to achieve their health goals.
Lily is fully registered with AHPRA. Also, she is a member of Osteopathy Australia.
