Attention and desk worker: this stretch is for you. After sitting at a desk for +40 hours a week our back gets tired and flexed. This is a lovely stretch that really acts to counter the positioning that the desk results in. It opens the chest, stretches the diaphragm and extends your spine. It should feel like a really lovely and gentle stretch.
