Lisa Brennan Osteopath Camberwell

Lisa has returned to her hometown of Melbourne after spending time in Brisbane. Here she owned and operated the Paddington Osteopathic Clinic. In Brisbane, she was well regarded amongst health professionals and received many referrals from patients because of her professional and caring nature.

She prides herself on not just providing a thorough treatment addressing the symptoms, but also uncovering the cause. Identifying the cause of the complaint is pivotal for recovery. Lisa firmly believes education is the key to better health so time is spent educating in language that you understand. She loves the challenge of long standing complaints. The lower back and pelvis are areas of particular interest.

Treatments are tailored with a combination of direct techniques (massage, manipulations, stretching) combined with gentler techniques to achieve effective treatment. She is experienced in treating children (aged 3 and more) up to adults, sports people to desk workers. She uses a biomechanical evidence based approach to diagnosis and treatment.

After completing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Melbourne, Lisa continued her interest in health sciences and commenced a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters of Osteopathy at RMIT University.
