James Ramsay Osteopath Camberwell
James Ramsay Osteopath has recently relocated back to Victoria after spending nine years working with the Canberra City Health Network team in the ACT. James moved to Canberra for work in 2009 after finishing his Masters in Osteopathy at RMIT University. James’ knowledge and extensive experience as an Osteopath has allowed him to mentor new graduates and students practically and theoretically. He has worked closely with professional athletes including Olympians and professional football players.
With a strong interest in the mechanical relationship of the body, James enjoys diagnosing and educating patients allowing them to actively assist in their own health management. From acute to chronic conditions, James helps patients find the cause of their symptoms using a personalised, tailored approach.
James has enjoyed the move back to Victoria. Growing up in Camberwell, he is excited to be closer to family and friends and is slowly familiarizing himself with Camberwell and all its new changes.

Lisa Brennan Osteopath Camberwell
Lisa has returned to her hometown of Melbourne after spending time in Brisbane. Here she owned and operated the Paddington Osteopathic Clinic. In Brisbane, she was well regarded amongst health professionals and received many referrals from patients because of her professional and caring nature.
She prides herself on not just providing a thorough treatment addressing the symptoms, but also uncovering the cause. Identifying the cause of the complaint is pivotal for recovery. Lisa firmly believes education is the key to better health so time is spent educating in language that you understand. She loves the challenge of long standing complaints. The lower back and pelvis are areas of particular interest.
Treatments are tailored with a combination of direct techniques (massage, manipulations, stretching) combined with gentler techniques to achieve effective treatment. She is experienced in treating children (aged 3 and more) up to adults, sports people to desk workers. She uses a biomechanical evidence based approach to diagnosis and treatment.
After completing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Melbourne, Lisa continued her interest in health sciences and commenced a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters of Osteopathy at RMIT University. Osteopathy was a natural progression for Lisa given her respect and fascination for the human body and its resiliency.

Raya Anin Camberwell Osteopath
Raya Anin Osteopath completed a Masters of Osteopathy at RMIT University in 2006. She has worked in private practice during this time, spending some time in Bendigo and also in Melbourne running her own clinic, before taking time out to complete her family. She enjoys working with people of all ages, from babies through all stages of life and loves being able to guide and educate people through to health.
Raya looks at the body as a whole unit, taking into consideration your daily activities and postures as well as the immediate symptoms to assess and treat a complaint. She has a very hands on yet gentle approach to treatment using a variety of techniques such as massage, manipulation and dry needling to get the best results. As such, she is comfortable in assessing all areas of pain including back pain, neck pain, shoulder and elbow pain, knee and foot pain.
Having also completed a degree in Human Movement prior to studying Osteopathy, she has a greater understanding in pain arising from sport and biomechanical imbalances in activity and is comfortable in prescribing exercise programs to activate and strengthen your body.
Aside from private practice, Raya also works as a clinical supervisor for the Victoria University Osteopathy program at the Sacred Heart Mission community clinic in St Kilda.

Jack Feehan Osteopath Camberwell
After a change in career from the performing arts, Jack completed his Bachelor of Clinical Sciences and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University. Afterwards he was lucky enough to gain a prestigious research scholarship at Melbourne University where he is investigating potential new treatments for osteoporosis and other degenerative musculoskeletal diseases.
Jack enjoys treating patients from all walks of life – from expectant mothers, to athletes, to the elderly and believes Osteopathy can play a key role in maintenance of an active, healthy life. Jack has done additional training in Dry Needling, and both sports and kinesiotape, all of which he uses extensively in practice.
Jack has a keen interest in the management of chronic complaints, as well as a long history of working with athletes and dancers and enjoys the challenge and reward of working to tailor individual approaches to ensure the best outcomes for his patients.

Jacqui Towns Camberwell Osteopath
After graduating as an Osteopath in 1998, Jacqui Towns Osteopath has extensive clinical experience in a variety of settings. After many years in private practice she undertook further study completing a Master of Public Health. The completion of this degree has led to career development in private health and workers compensation insurance in both management and advisory roles. Jacqui has special interests in the treatment of dance and occupational injuries.
She enjoys treating people from all walks of life with a variety of hands on treatment techniques.
Jacqui is a qualified dance instructor and has been fortunate to provided treatment and advice for professional dancers in both Australia and America.
As mother of two energetic children, she understands sports injuries and development conditions but Jacqui also has extensive experience managing complex pain and postural issues.

Kate Schaffner Osteopath Camberwell
Kate’s passion for health and fitness inspired her to embark on a career in osteopathy after working in office-based work for several years.
Kate Schaffner Osteopath completed a five year osteopathy degree at Victoria University. As a part of her study, Kate received a grant to undertake an internship at the University College of Osteopathy in London (formerly the British School of Osteopathy) where she treated patients in various speciality and community clinics. Kate continues to be involved in university life by teaching osteopathy students at Victoria University.
Kate has a particular interest in treating neck pain, headaches and jaw pain. She also enjoys treating low back and hip pain. Kate has undertaken further postgraduate development focusing on these treatment areas. This training has included both direct and more gentle indirect osteopathic techniques, osteopathy for children and therapeutic yoga as an adjunct to treatment.
In her spare time Kate enjoys tennis, yoga and learning about complementary and alternative medicine. These interests complement Kate’s holistic approach to treating her patients.
