Timothy Hesketh Osteopath Camberwell
After graduating from RMIT, Timothy Hesketh Osteopath jumped at the opportunity to apply his new trade interstate. Two months later he could be found indulging himself on the Gold Coast sun and absorbing himself in the local beach culture. Working in Currumbin he built a successful practice, however a part of him never left home and after a number of years in QLD he couldn’t ignore it anymore. Now Tim’s back in Melbourne and ready to hit the ground running in Camberwell.
Tim grew up active, playing sports of all kinds and never slowing down. After suffering his own fair share of niggles and pains he found that osteopathy, with it’s holistic and logical approach, made sense and was what helped him best. 15 years on he feels stronger than ever the benefits that osteopathy can have on not only himself, but the wider community.
Tim loves treating all kinds of complaints but has a particular interest in knees and shoulders. While Tim loves a challenge, he feels that education and self management are where he can make the biggest difference and is not afraid to be a part of a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. He aims to have you leaving each appointment with a stronger understanding of your body and knowing how best to keep the niggles at bay.
Treatment with Tim will involve a variety of hands on techniques that will be tailored to each specific patient and the complaint they are presenting with. He will use direct treatments such as massage, manipulations, resistance based techniques and stretches whilst also using indirect and gentler techniques to achieve the best possible outcome.
Tim is available at the following times:
Monday 10:00pm – 2:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am – 2:00pm
Thursday 8:00am – 3:00pm
